Terrific service. While this is more of a take out location, the small dine-in area is cosy and the service was terrific. Love their Caesar- plenty of garlic and crispy croutons. The individual size pizza was plenty for two (as was the Caesar). The mushroom and truffle pie was very good but we could not really taste the truffle. The panna cotta was classic. Overall, a good spot to pick up solid Italian fare.

Amazing food and staff! Staff was very nice and the young men working there were very respectful. Loved this establishment, will definitely be coming back from downtown.

My family and I visited for the first time this past week. Brought grandma with us and my kids. It was a great experience. First of all, my eyes were engulfed by Italian garden, pasta and food as the decor. Clean and easy to read and understand menu. Plenty of nooks to sit in for a lunch dine in. I am sure all the businesses w Employees frequently eat here. It looked and smelled so good. My kids were drawn over to the left side of the room space. Pasta was being made by hand and through some machine presses. My kids were recruited to work and put on gloves to hand toss the pasta noodles coming off the conveyor. We were given some to go in our takeout order. More on that later. We bought a tagliatelle bicolor green and white (two ball box) A pint of vodka sauce. Added some chicken, onions, and a little seasoning. soooo sooo good! We are the other kid approved and tossed noodles the next meal for the kids , just a simple olive oil and parmigiana with some chopped up left over meatballs we had made from a previous dish. Very enjoyable simple food the kids were thrilled with. Every #parent knows the this is so valuable. I added those noodles to leftover vodka sauce and meatballs and I loved it. Can't wait to try the pizzas and other salads soups pastas and sandwiches plus sides. I'm glad I discovered this spot! [I heard this place was recently targeted in a burglary. This sucks! Homemade pasta and sauce they got it! Fresh made pizza yup! But my fave is their Chicago sandwich. They also offer daily specials which are great for the budget and if you aren't sure what to get. I've put so many friends on to this place since they opened. It's a walk up order/pay and the dining room is cozy. They are quick to take your order and they bring the food to your table. Parking lot is easy to get in to location in front of the restaurant.

It's so nice to have a fresh pasta place close to home. We stopped in tonight and tried their daily special butternut squash and ricotta tortellini with brown butter and sage sauce. It was absolutely delicious! I can't want to come back again. The staff was also super friendly and I like the slightly upscale yet still neighborhood vibe this place gives.

The Chicago Sandwich is so big and so tasty....it's the bread, homemade and fermented I never knew bread could taste this good. We love coming here and trying all the different pastas. The daily specials are really good. I like ordering at the counter and sitting down in the back, no servers bugging you. Yet they check to see if you need more water, napkins etc The pasta is handmade and so different than other Italian restaurants. It just taste better than the traditional dishes you get at the same o'same Italian places. It's ALL handmade pasta!! Pasta DArte is 3 blocks away and this place is hands down better. The pizza is uniquely inspired and different. Kudos to Stefani's for reinventing inspired Italian dishes.

I liked it! It's a little weird, but the food is great. This is kind of a "fast Italian food" type of place with salads, sandwiches, pizza, and pasta. They make fresh pasta right there in the front window so you know that's going to be a real deal. My family tried the Parma Sandwich, Margarita Pizza, and the special Lasagna Carbonara. First of all, I'm not sure why people are complaining that the portions are small. They're really not. Those three things filled up the three of us. The Parma sandwich was good, but I was hoping for more meat. The bread was awesome. The pizza margarita was standard (as expected), but was tasty and crispy. Came out nice and hot too! The lasagna was very good and a great concept, but I was hoping for something a little hotter. It wasn't cold, but typically, they need to be piping hot to get the sauce to be the right consistency. It did come with three pieces of bread which was a good side! Speaking of temperature, the dining area was a little on the colder side. It seems like they turned on the heat after we arrived. It wasn't terrible, but it probably would have helped with the lasagna. I cannot end this review until I talk about the excellent service. The woman running the register was welcoming and explained the concept to us quickly. She was outstanding. The manager was also great to answer questions after our meal. They sell their pasta so you can make it at home. This is a nice feature for the area. I didn't get any this time, but I'll bring it home next time. I also know that people complained about the prices here. While I agree that they are a little high, you are basically getting the same quality pasta and pizza from one of Stafani's higher end restaurants so the prices are a little bit easier to swallow. Will I be here daily? No, but I'll certainly come back once in awhile. I heard they're doing a pasta class? Nice

Love this concept! Truly delicious homemade pasta and sauces that are incredibly decadent at an affordable price. Think fancy, formal dining meets casual laid back vibe. Get there early. Seating space is limited and filled up quickly on a Wednesday evening. Grabbed a table in cozy space. Waiter gave us menus and we went up to counter to order. The only challenge was to narrow down my selections. We opted for a margherita pizza to share (we had leftovers), and then each ordered pasta. We also shared a bottle of wine. Waiter was attentive, brought us water and made-to-order food. The only suggestion I have is for wait staff to explain concept and set expectation to go to take out counter to order food.
